Menopause is but a moment in time.

It is that point in your life when you have had no periods for 12 months. That's it. That is Menopause. Menopause does not include that time leading up to that point when your period has been absent for 12 months, & it doesn't cover the time following on from that either. Menopause is in fact part of a process. Often Menopause is the term we use to describe the whole process from Peri to Post Menopause, the terminology can be confusing which is why, at Alchemy, we prefer to reference this phase of life as 'your hormonal journey'.
